@ Junto Wine, 1356 182nd, Seward, NE 68434, USAHarvest usually begins the first or second week of August and continues every weekend through September. All grapes grown at Junto are hand-harvested and produced and bottled on site! Want to see the process? We typically harvest Saturday morning and process the grapes early in the afternoon.
