A field blend made with late harvest grapes (Frontenac & Marquette) all grown at Junto Wine, the POLLY S features high alcohol (13% alc./vol.) and residual sugar (2.5 brix). High sugars at harvest allowed us to make a very unique, and delicious, 100% Nebraska Wine!

The RESERVE is a field blend of Cayuga, Frontenac Blanc and Vignoles grapes, 100% Junto grown. Harvested together and fermented to dry, this is a light, crisp, minerally and refreshing dry white wine!

EDELWEISS is the Nebraska State wine grape. Made with 100% Junto grown grapes, our Edelweiss is less sweet then most, but bright, light, and true to the grape. The perfect patio wine!
2020 ARMONICA

The ARMONICA is a sweet white blend made with 100% Junto grown grapes harvested in 2020. Harvested together at 22 brix, we stopped the fermentation at 2 brix, leaving residual sugar to smooth the finish. This wine features a spectrum of white fruit!
